Located in Springfield, MO, Shabu Hotpot offers a unique, cook-it-yourself dining experience with fresh ingredients and customizable broths. Our interactive hotpot concept is perfect for sharing delicious meals with family and friends. Come enjoy our welcoming atmosphere and authentic flavors today!

This is a great new addition to the food scene in Springfield. The atmosphere was interesting and engaging. You order the broth and meat you want and cook the meat at your table. The cooking area is half griddle half soup pot. A continuous supply of noodles, vegetables, mushrooms, meats, and fully cooked appetizers pass by your table for you to add to your pot. It's not inexpensive, but the experience is worth extra cost. I highly recommend this place.

The only thing missing was sushi. The service was extremely good. This is a very unique establishment for Springfield. There were so many options. We were allowed two meat choices each, but were so full we didn’t make it to the second. Plus, we had ice cream for dessert. If you like really fresh ingredients and want to control the flavors, this is your spot. I recommend a reservation from Thursday through the weekend. This is definitely a favorite.

Such a fun eating experience!! I brought my 8 yrd old with me. Plenty of food for the 2 of us. The house soy sauce is INCREDIBLE. They had amazing options including quail eggs! I can't forget to mention the service we received!!! Checked on us often by multiple different staff walking by making sure everything was good. Constantly kept our drinks full and took the time to explain it all to us. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
